Advised on the National Traceability Regulation for Agricultural and Food Products (NTSAP) project, for the Ministry of Agriculture as part of the 2022-2025 regulatory reform of the country. Our work covered both the regulation of food safety and well as IT law matters and was concluded with providing a new legislative draft.
Advised the World Bank on water, electricity, and labor regulations for the Business Ready 2 Jordan Project for 2023/24 onwards.
Conducted benchmarking study on the management of common real estate property in multiple Arab countries.
Mapped and analyzed the impact of municipal regulations on the business environment for a GCC country.
Advised semi-government bodies on compliance with public procurement requirements.
Assisted with the review and amendments of multiple law and regulations while working for the Central Bank of Jordan, including the E-Commerce Law, Banking Law, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Regulations, and Foreign Exchange Regulations.
Advised on the amendment of the Economic and Social Foundation for Military Retired and Veterans Law, as well as revised and developed regulations and directives pertaining to the National Cybersecurity.
