Advised an international energy company on land due diligence and compliance with public health & safety, and environmental legislation related to construction projects in Saudi Arabia.
Advising international hotel management company on establishing a presence in Saudi Arabia, including obtaining commercial licenses, franchising, and partnership agreements with local investors.
Advised on and drafted contracts concerning co-owned properties (properties with multiple owners), such as the management of common areas, drafting homeowners' associations’ bylaws, contracts for the division of usufruct and the division of common property, exercise of the right of first refusal, and settlements among heirs.
