Providing legal assistance on the review of the regulatory framework and licensing public transportation by land for the Public Transport Authority (renamed General Transport Authority).
Advised on the National Traceability Regulation for Agricultural and Food Products (NTSAP) project, for the Ministry of Agriculture as part of the 2022-2025 regulatory reform of the country. Our work covered both the regulation of food safety and well as IT law matters and was concluded with providing a new legislative draft.
Advised the World Bank on water, electricity, and labor regulations for the Business Ready 2 Jordan Project for 2023/24 onwards.
Conducted benchmarking study on the management of common real estate property in multiple Arab countries, including Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
Mapped and analyzed the impact of municipal regulations on the business environment for a GCC country.
Provide advisory services to multiple entities regarding compliance with public procurements & tenders regulations and competitions regulations.
Dr Nadia assisted with the review and amendments of multiple laws and regulations while working for the Central Bank of Jordan, including the E-Commerce Law, Banking Law, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Regulations, and Foreign Exchange Regulations.
